FNB Does not know which division provide group life cover

Good Day

I have a business account with FNB - I have been trying to obtain a group life cover for my team members. I have called and have been transferred from business banking to FNBlife and back to busines banking then to Business cover and back to business banking. I emailed customer care and received a reference number with a promise for 48 hour turnaround time. No response. ANother email and someone called and left an SMS with a number. I called the number and held on whilst the agent found out which division and the got transferred to voice message after 22 minutes. Transferred to business banking and back to Business Life - which does not handle this.
