FNB does not know what they want.
I opened a PayPal account and wanted to withdraw my money. On Tuesday (7th September) I found out that FNB was the only bank who works with PayPal. So I opened a online profile and called FNB to find out what documents was needed.
The person I spoke to told me that I need to send a copy of my ID and a proof of residence which must be sertified, via Email. So I sent it to them.
On the 8th of September at 16:30 I received an Email stating that the documents should be in colour. By this time I am fuming! If the consultant told me that it should be in colour I would have sent it in colour. And I need the money ungently.
I sent the documents through again with colour this time. But I feel like this whole query could have been avoided.
This is why I bank with Capitec which is an amazing bank. If Capitec gave me the option I would've opened the PayPal profile with them.
FNB IS A WASTE OF TIME!!
