FNB DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!

I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I receive from my team of bankers on my premier cheque account. After years of using the bank, one would expect their money to be protected and a positive response when trying to report a ********** activity on their account. I have exhausted my airtime and energy in trying to call and resolve, but the non-caring attitude from the contact center team is disappointing. At the same time they keep on lobbying me to upgrade to a private client account. How do I upgrade when I get such bad service? There has be a R99 going of my account for more than a year (even more). I have explained that I don’t even know what it is for nor do I get notifications because it’s under R100. The bank keeps sending me pillar to post, without a speedy resolution. The attitude of the call center officials, makes me believe they are the ones part of this *****. Why do they keep dropping my calls? With no call back or response in writing. FNB ***** controls are so poor. What the purpose of the banking app? Is it there to solely chow my data? Why doesn’t it allow me to authorize new debit order/ or even alert me with a regular review at least annually? I am a customer of this bank, I expect simple customer service. I just tried to log a call with the ***** prevention line, I was told I need to initiate it with general enquiries. Where was this process communicated to us as customers? Why can’t they just log my call and integrate with their processes and systems internally. Why does one have to lay a complaint before people do their jobs? This is so frustrating. This bank does not deserve our business.
