FNB does not know difference between current and available

Sold my house and trying for weeks now to get cancellation figures. Eventually when I revived it, it seems that FNB does not understand the difference between available and current balance. I have app**** for another bond with you for nee house. Look after yiu customers, I am NOT signing bond registration until you sort out this issue. In fact, if I don’t get the cancellation figures tomorrow, I am going to ABSA!!!!!
