FNB DOES NOT HONOUR AGREEMENTS

I was retrenched in December. I submitted all my claims for my premium to be paid by the policy. I have confirmed several times that NO Debit order will go through from my cheque to my credit card. This morning R784.67 went off my account!

45 Minutes later I am being transferred from person to person and it seems like no one knows what to to do. How is this the service from FNB? Not one staff knows what to do?
