FNB does not help you

I had funds available in my account last night when debits went off. I see this morning that they were reversed "MAGTAPE UNPAID" and I was charged R115 per debit order (3 of) - one of my debit orders are for Charity at R30.00 and I was literally charged R115.00 for it being unpaid. Now I see that my debits haven't gone off, I am R345 poorer and my money is still in my account. So my insurance won't be covered and my cell phone will be blocked. I've noticed lately that FNB has many pending transactions but didn't think it would lead to this. I am utterly disgusted in this service. I logged a complaint this morning and I have yet to hear back from a consultant.
