FNB does not have a professional proper customer service in place.

We are trying to get paid up letters from FNB regarding temporary loans been made a few months ago. FNB keeps on transferring us to diffrent departments so we ended up going to the branch at the branch they gave the consultant 13 diffrent numbers to call. We tried again today but we are being transferred again. It seems FNB has no professional system in place to assit their cleints in something as simple as a paid up letter.
