FNB does not follow up - the bank of empty escalations

I have still not received any contact or response, that assists. I get a message that our complaint is high priority, yet no service, call back, feedback.

Not sure if they call to make you feel like something is happening, it's been such a long outstanding matter one wonders if the bank is run by "bots"

We have sent, signed, had Directors fo into the branch, and calling the Business Banking, account opening, FICA, Online banking still have not given any response.

Emailing seems to get you nowhere as well.

The days of how can I help you when I worked for the bank is long gone, is the bank interested in small business , or is it just a marketing gimmick.

No 1 Bank? Extremely questionable.
