FNB DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS IN THEIR MANUALS

I am an existing FNB customer and on the 20th September i opened a cheque account via online banking. I then received an email stating that my account was successfully opened with two pdf attachments 1)Online banking how to 2)Debit order switching . I wanted to switch my debit orders to this new account and i followed to manual on how to do it via online banking. The manual was referring to tabs i could not see. i then called customer care and when i tried to explain this they just referred me to the debit order switching department who didnt want to hear me out and just said i must fill in forms and fax them. I called multiple times trying to explain until i was sent through to the online banking assistance department. The person assisting me did not have a clue of what i was talking about so i forwaded him the email with the manuals. The person also could not find the tabs the manual reffered to. This was a major inconvinience, time wise and also all the airtime i had to use only to be disappointed at the end. This is just dissapointing coming from a bank that claims to be the most innovative.
