FNB does not do things online, go in person

I am so glad I do not bank with FNB. I am so depressed that the only way to link a Paypal account in South Africa is through them. I have not even started trying to link my bank account to the FNB online profile, I am just trying to get the FICA done on the online profile. First request: ID and proof of residence, I sent it. Second request: now it needs to be a certified ID, I sent it. Third request: because I stupidly looked into moving banks 7 years ago (so glad I didn't), my ****en name is on the system. Now a valid ID is not good enough, now I need to send a marriage certificate, I sent it. AND I AM STILL WAITING... My profile is still not FICA compliant (Loaded the first documents November 2021). So now I will go to a physical branch and try again because FNB is not an online bank. Getting my bank account linked will be another story I am expecting to cause chaos, because I still have not received an answer from FNB on where to send the documents they require for that.
