FNB does not deliver on their promises
I opened a bank account with FNB in December. With the opening of the account FNB promised that they will give me R 2000 as an incentive for opening the account. The requirement was that I should have at least 3 months' salaries deposited into the account before I can get the R2000. All the requirements have been met but FNB has not given me the incentive they have promised. I have phoned to enquire and have been waiting 3 weeks now for someone to call me back and give me an update. Very disappointing in FNB. Thought you were the best bank out there but seems I was wrong. Really starting to regret moving my bank account.

I was called to advise my Hello Peter Complaint has been received and they will call me back to advise but nobody phoned back again. If this is a taste of what the customer service is going to be like then I regret coming to FNB. Seems like the incentive was also just a lie to get customers to come to FNB.
