FNB does not cover credit insurance cover for foreigners

With Fnb i dont qualify for a personal loan as a foreigner because i dont have an south african ID but i only managed to get a gold credit card with R25000. Later on i needed cover in case something happens to me. I was told i dont qualify for credit insurance cover. With this bill and coronavirus for example. With my poor finance fnb is not my bank.
