FNB does not conduct proper screening and blacklists poeple who do not do business with them

It seems FNB only assists you when you complain on social media or Hello peter, if you go through the normal channels, they just do not care. I complained about FNB allowing somebody to create a credit card in my name, and when I asked FNB, they could not find the document miraculously. But that was resolved, and they wrote it off. Now I find out the same time credit card was issued, FNB issued a personal loan to the same *****ster. Trying to get assistance from them is like trying to get milk from a rock. Nobody at FNB cares. FNB, you are allowing people to *****ulently obtain money from you, and innocent people like me who has never taken credit or loans are now paying the price. It is now the second home I have lost to purchase because FNB refuses to conduct proper security and screening. I am tired of chasing after you to correct your own faults. I think it is time to go to the ombudsman and take legal action
