FNB does not comply with FICA

FNB does not comply with FICA 1. I opened my account with my home address in Cape Town and they used a random address in Soweto. I never used to check my statements to be honest because it is not my primary bank. 2. When I ask them on how to get my address corrected, they requested I submit certified FICA documents which I did on 02/08/2020. 3. They have sat on my instruction since then, and when I complained on Twitter, they call me to ask me to forward the documents I sent and then have the audacity to ask me to RESUBMIT newly certified documents. 4. This is a basic instruction on getting them to load the correct address and I have challenged them to investigate WHERE they got this address from and they have not advised. Especially since I opened this account online. 5. I do not trust that my money is safe at all and am appalled at the entire handling of this SIMPLE request.
