FNB DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENT-they take from the poor

Unfortunately, my colleague is a cleaner who is not have much education or knowledge of technology. She went to the ATM to withdraw money on the 24th of August. she tried to insert the card but it did not go in. Then the next thing the ATM requested her to type her contact numbers. That when she realised that something was not right by that time the card was inserted then she canceled the transaction but still the card did not return.

It's true that there was a guy that was there before her but the guy never touched her hand or come any closer whereby a PIN can be exposed. This was her salary for the Month. I believe that FNB is not fair by declining her claim. She never authorized all these transactions and immediately when she could not retrieve the card she ran to the High Point branch to report the incident. According to FNB report states that she was supposed to cancel the card at the ATM. unfortunately, she is not well informed about such procedures hence she ran to the branch as quickly as she could however by that time all her money was gone within 5minutes.

If FNB cares much about their clients they should at least meet her halfway especially if this was not authorised by her. Just because she lacks knowledge of Technology so now she must suffer in the hands of *********? What did FNB do to make all their clients to be empowered when using their services or inform them that they can cancel or report their cards as ****** from the ATM?

This month alone she couldn't pay her rent and food. even worse to travel to work she is busy borrowing money and remember that all her policies are not paid and FNB comes and say the claim is declined.

I want to challenge FNB to care for their clients and to intervene in their situation not to leave them out in the cold and moreover to educate all their clients even those that cannot read they must be some ways to empower them when there are being ****** or taken advantage of. The fact that in that ATM there are no cameras is a disgrace. I would like FNB customer care to reverse the discion of the ***** Claim and pay the poor woman her money back.
