FNB does not care for the clients

The amount of hoops I have to jump through to have myself cleared from debt review with a settled account mind you is so unfair, FNB is currently holding my credit score hostage due to lack of care for their customers. I’ve been calling for days trying my utmost to have my name cleared by FNB so I may purchase a vehicle which I desperately need as a single Mother and FNB could not care less!!! I’ve begged and pleaded and FNB does not care at all!!! This is really sad I hope everyone with a FNB account sees this!!!
