FNB does not care

I sent an email with the attachment of my Affidavit to Raleen Van Schalkwyk and copied Mr RB Jacobs on the 25 May 2020. It seems nobody cares at FNB. I sent an email to their ***** Department hoping to get a response. Nobody cared to neither respond to my email nor phone me. Raleen Van Schalkwyk gave me her number : ***. Phone it anytime of the day or night it is never working. It shows that she was making a FOOL of me.
