FNB DOES NOT CARE!!!

I reported ********* on 25 November 2024 to FNB call center number. I have a SAPS number, Affidavit and all other supporting documents supp**** to FNB to look into this.

FNB took 15 days to contact the external bank, ABSA and since then "have been waiting.

Today I receive an email from the "investigator" informing me that "regrettably they were not able to secure the finds" "Please log an incident with SAPS and follow the civil proceedings." "If you are dissatisfied with our response, contact FNB CARE DEPARTMENT."

If FNB had taken REASONABLE steps to act upon the reported ********* incident to contact ABSA, they could have prevented the ******* from getting hold of the money.

At this point, ABSA says FNB did not call them in time to prevent the transfer of money, and FNB says "Sorry né!"

I currently have four (4) complaints with the FNB dont CARE department and have no feedback or correspondence.

As FNB has not done what a reasonable person would do, and clearly and in support of POOR SERVICE, PERFORMANCE and promoting ********ity in our country, what am I to do? Contact the Banking Ombuds?

So I had a call from Hildah explaining to me what transpired. They claim that FNB informed ABSA on the 25th NOvember @17:15, which is 15 minutes after I reported the *****. But she cannot supply the evidence. I must apply for Section 205 letter via police to force FNB to hand over the documents. ABSA denies that they were informed. So I need to see the police detective to assist in SEC 205 enforcement order for ABSA as well.

Are they playing games here with a law abiding Citizen?

Nobody has the COHONES to take responsibility for their inefficiencies.

Then I get an "offer" from FNB to pay me R6000. This seems like buy off money to keep quiet. I lost R58000. My son needs his assistive device for school. What must I do with R6000?

Still nothing. Still "sorry". Get a section 205 and pursue this legally.
