FNB does NOT care about their clients at all!!!

Since March I have requested that all my debit orders (4) on my one cheque account be suspended, l have called, logged complaints with their customer care and they always promise to resolve the matter but to date nothing has happened and now my account is overdrawn by almost R7000 & just yesterday again I emailed but nope, no one wants to help, I want every single charge reversed and from there I am closing my cheque account, this is ridiculous, they even have the nerve to use the pay off line "how can we help you" when they care nothing about their clients
