FNB does not care about people.

My Credit Card has been paid up and closed for almost a year now, but the credit bureau’s still say it is open. I have reached out to FNB 10 plus times including two branch visits to get this cleared from my name, but still FNB cannot officially close the account.

When I finally received a letter from FNB confirming that my account was “closed”, I raised a dispute with the credit bureaus. FNB has now declined the dispute, insisting that I still owe them the full amount.

Only interested in new business and not interested in the actual people involved, whose lives may be impacted by a false credit score.

Disgusting.
