FNB does not care about it's customers

FNB has not responded in one month to my query regarding monthly fee rebate on premier account customer who is on the retirement solutions Most of the consultants do not even know that you qualify for a rebate if you hold investments with fnb. I am not getting my credits for my monthly fee even though I have even reference numbers and just do not get any joy from secure chat, private banker
