FNB does not care about its consumers

It's Sad how FNB never treat any of their clients like human beings or perhaps it's just some client, My journey to debt recovery was very loooong and you would think a bank which you have trusted will be first in line. I am struggling now for weeks trying to find out how I can restart my journey, I am being tossed from pillar to post, I call n hold for hours while the phone keeps saying all their agent are busy, 8 h00 in the morning, 12h00 in the after noon even in the evening how to do I access you guys if you never pick up phone
