How long before I can get a response on the ***** case I logged on Saturday, 3 December 2022 at 08:15 already with call ref Rc*** / REF:*** / Complaint ref ***?

I have supp**** all the communication and evidence that this is ***** but FNB does #AGAIN# not respond
