FNB does not care about Clients,they will close your account as they please

My Business account has suddenly been closed by FNB,this is an account that was actively being used for transactions. I called them this morning and I spoke to lady by name of Fatima, to assist by giving me a Letter that states that my account is closed, so that I can forward to my Clients, so that they don't use the old Account details but I never received anything till now.

FNb does not care about its Clients,they just do as they please.
