FNB does not care

So here I go again, another complaint and still nothing has been sorted.

Let me tell you what ******* FNB are, I have been querying one of our accounts for months now. You see what they did is, when we went under debt review with a legal Court order, they went and changed my overdraft account into a loan account, completely disobeying the court order, they went ahead and changed the interest rate as well. Our court order clearly states 10.50% annually, but FNB thought it was their right to go and change this interest rate to 25.15% without any consultation with us.

On an overdraft that I owed R 49 078.82 at 02/10/2016, I now still owe R 105 175.58.. and this is 8 years later. I was only supposed to be charged R 23 667.85 on interest, but we are standing on R120 799.83 that has been added to my " Overdraft"

I have already paid back R 64 106.67

It has now again been more than a month that has gone passed whereas our Debt Counselor has asked for assistance to fix this issue, never mind every email I have sent querying this .

And then I am also not talking about the fact that they blatantly ignore the letters our Lawyers has sent.

The consultants in their Debt Review department is so rude and not helpful at all. What else do we need to do to get this sorted.
