FNB does not care

I bought a voucher at Sportmans warehouse through FNB ebucks. Sportsmans refused the voucher. Started the process to get a refund in August. Now its mid October and no one from FNB is responding anymore. It should be very simple - the voucher you sold me cannot be used - therefore I must simply receive a refund of my ebucks.

Cant get hold of my private bankers. the call line is always busy. The online chat takes hours to respond and then when you are offline says they tried to respond. Fnb used to be good, sadly the standards have really crumbled.
