FNB does not care

The FNB branch in Vaalwater services 10 big businesses and even more small ones . Change is only ordered once a month , so the SPAR,Choppies U Save , pharmacies and the fuel stations as well as anybody else wanting change ,does not get any. FNB is the only bank in Vaalwater since the ABSA closed its doors. One would think that their service levels would improve to attract customers especially the big ones. When calling to complain, the answer received from the regional black man in charge was "then go to another bank if you are not happy" he would not disclose his name. The local manager was on leave at the time . Terrible service and we still get charged our monthly costs
