FNB does not care

Hi,

I am really disgusted with FNB, especially the branches in Benoni.

I am a paraplegic, and being unable to walk, I requested FNB to please deliver my card to my house.

However, they refused. No sympathy at all!

I then sent my son to collect the card at the Lakeside Mall, and inspite of filling the form, sending a copy of my ID and authorizing my son to collect on my behalf, they refused to him the card.

Does FNB not car for the disabled? Really disgusting from such a bank.
