FNB does not attend to *****

My wallet was ****** with my bank cards. That same day I reported it ****** and canceled my cards with FNB. About a week later I woke up to transaction sms's going off my phone. I contacted the ***** division and filled out all the forms required. The following day I again woke up to sms's notifications of transactions going off my account..... AGAIN I phoned FNB *****, advising them that the ******* are STILL using my cards. Long story short.... This morning I woke up for the 7th time to transactions sms's going off. Each and every time I have informed FNB. Still they are doing NOTHING to stop these transactions. It costs me a great deal of time each and every time to report the ***** to try and get my money back. This is completely ridiculous. My cards have been canceled and FNB are well aware that there is ***** on my account, yet they allow this to continue. I will be moving banks ASAP.
