FnB does not assist when needed.

I have a lot of unknown debit orders going off from my account. I have spoken to many bankers on the secure chat. They transfer me to the ***** department and then they just hang up when i start to speak. I have completed forms to stop these debits and still nothing. Every month my account is pushed into the minus and they dont help me. I dont know why i switvhed to FNB No assistance ever. No results. No help.
