Fnb does not assist me

I have made a complaint about debit orders I have stopped but still be deducted from my account and FNB charge me outrages fees for debit orders of R179 per debit order. I am also unhappy why FNB BLOCK my access to stop my debit orders on my app as it is within my right to stop it. Even when I do the money assist on the app FNB does not assist
