FNB does not appreciate consumer loyalty

I am a DISGRUNTLED! DISENCHANTED! DISPLEASE! DISCONTENTED! AGGRIEVED! long standing client of FNB... There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how FNB Home Loans deliberately makes their clients feel. They have all the power to adjust interest rates on their loans yet they will refuse to do so. They give no justification for their actions and they will not accommodate you (a client for more than 2 decades) for any reasonable request even though what you are requesting for has been previously approved. If you are buyer and need of a home loan, I strongly suggest you apply to any bank other than FNB. I am so glad that other banks offer bond switches with lower interest rates.
