FNB does not answere

I have been trying to contact FNB to inquire about insurance for my cellphone (Tel: ***) I tried calling a dozen times, after jumping through their required hoops and pushing buttons, it will just ring for a few minutes and then kick me of. It did this every time.<br> <br> I then tried calling premier banking, hoping that they actually served a purpose, but it turns out that they are a farce and don't serve any purpose but to bloat our egos and fool us into thinking that we are important to them. At the end of the day, all they could to was try and connect me to the insurance department to which I came to the same dead end. Ring Ring Beep Beep. Thank you very much.<br> <br> Instead of wasting my time trying to reach FNB anymore, I have now come here in the hope that they will pull a little finger and work for their money.<br> <br> Rant Over
