FNB does not admit to invalid prepaid sales

I purchase an electricity token in FNB online banking iOS app on my iPhone. Immediately after the transaction SMS I've received 2 SMS-es <br> <br> \FNB :-) Your electricity purchase transaction was unsuccessful. Your purchase amount will be refunded into your account. Queries? Call ***.\" <br> <br> After trying to enter token number unsuccessfully into my meter I called this number in the SMS and they said they don't know anything about it and I must refer to municipality. I've made numerous contacts with FNB at a branch, in social media and via e-mails. But they did not admit to the SMS cited above despite I showed it on my iPhone and sent screenshots of it, and refused to provide refund as they've stated in their SMS. <br> <br> The call center persons Evelyn Kgole and Cheslin ignored my query and the screenshot of the SMS from FNB completely and just bushed me off with the sold token number in the e-mail after 10 days I contacted them referring me to the municipality while the entire transaction occurred within FNB iOS app. I have been ignored ever since. <br> <br> I don't think I will ever be using FNB again for prepaid purchases. I've been ****** R450. I am reporting FNB to Consumer Protection services"
