FNB does me a disservice despite my loyalty

I am disturbed and frustrated by the banks refusal to grant me a further home loan for a property I have owned through the bank since 2005. I tried to explain to them the reasons was so that I can get out of debt and renovate the property. I have never defaulted on payments and infact consistently pay more. The bank's refusal was on the basis of my disposable income. The very reason I app**** for further loan is so that I can resolve some of this crisis, but they are unwilling to engage further on the matter. This is unjust practice for a loyal customer who has since acquired second property through the very FNB. It is my opinion that I am being treated unfairly and that this would not have happened had I been born of the 'privilege' race. Typical South African politics!
