FNB DOES IT AGAIN!!! CHANGED MY NAME ALL BY THEMSELVES!!!

So, once again, FNB has decided to change my surname. All on their own, lacking ANY documentation and without my consent (without even my knowledge, I found out they have done it again when I tried to use my Moneygram functionality). Some part of me insists that this is *******, *****ulent and of course we can all tell that it is utterly unacceptable, completely ***********.

Response is that my "high priority complaint" has been forwarded to the Customer Service Department and someone will contact me within 48 hours....... 48 hours of being unable to access my funds, yet this is called high priority customer service? If anyone can point me towards a bank with ACTUAL customer service and less incompetence, please do so, I would truly appreciate it.

No help, I actually visited a branch yesterday to try and sort this out but no luck. No call from your complaints division, no email feedback, literally NOTHING. This is absolutely ridiculous, and likely ******* as this change was made entirely without documentation or proof (because my name has not changed and proof or documentation for such a change does not exist). Fix it FNB, not sure whether staff training is the issue, that perhaps your employees are not aware of the requirements or the impact of changing someone's name but it is clearly something that needs to be addressed. Correct and valid documentation proving my actual, legal name has been sent to *** - I have not had response from them either (other than to request proof of address, which I promptly provided via email). So, when could I expect a response regarding this matter? Next week? Next month?
