FNB DOES IT AGAIN

I have been trying to access the FNB ewallet services the whole day already *120*277#. Second time this has happened. In 2 years

It keeps giving me the response "Service Unavailable ". I have been stranded because i cant retrieve my money. What is going on with FNB. The whole day ???????
