FNB DOES IT AGAIN

Okay so i do not understand why my account says insufficient funds as i am trying to pay for something yet the funds are more than sufficient. I reached out and i chatted to a lady by the name of BERTHA, she decided to transfer me to business when in actual fact i was not inquiring about a BUSINESS SAVINGS Account. She chose not to pay attention i was then transferred to Lindokuthula who transferred me over 15 minutes ago and i still have not been assisted.

FNB Please get it together.
