FNB DOBSONVILLE SUPER SERVICE

On Saturday 26th of November i went to Dobsonville FNB branch with my 2 signatories to retrieve our stokvel money as a yearly basis routine. The first consultant who assisted was just blank she could not help us as we wanted to just transfer the funds to one of the members account instead of withdrawing as last year it charged us R2000. She informed us that its not going to work we should just withdraw or try remember our online profile passwords which we have never logged into, we were sent to online which we did not receive or get any joy there also so we decided to just go withdraw as we had no choice, once we received the tellers we got helped by GRACE SANYANE she was the best i would like her to be informed of the best experience she gave us, she explained in detail how we can actually do this, she informed us that our charges for withdrawing around R37000 would cost us a lot and advised she takes us to a consultant named VIRGINIA TSHIVHASA she was just a cherry on top these two ladies explained that for us to curb such costs we need to have an account and download an app so that we are able to transfer our stokvel monies without any withdrawal.

We really have had this issue since last year and only these two ladies managed to help us really help us. We were on the verge of opting out of fnb to another bank just because of lack of service and help.
