FNB - do your jobs.

What more must a person do to get FNB to do their job???? I have been struggeling to downgrade my account FOR MONTHS and no one is doing **** about it. I called, complained, emailed, went into the branch....NOTHING. And on top of that, they fail my debit orders FOR NO REASON and then charge a failed debit fee. That is *****ING!! 100% moving to another bank ASAP
