FNB... Do you still do home loans? I doubt it

Roughly 6 years ago FNB decided they would rather not have me take a home loan through them. So I posted my complaint and they called asking to get my business. Fortunately I had gone with an institution that likes doing business so they lost out. I'm looking for another home now and again, FNB decided they don't want the business. Why would a bank I don't bank with offer me the loan, but the bank I have a relationship with prefers not to do the work.
