Fnb do what they want when they want. If you are no longer a Private Client. They don't care

This is the email sent to FNB care yesterday. Following messages on the app this morning they admitted their mistake but rectification to be only in 7to14 days? Unbelievable

Good day

The facts are as follow:

4/7/2020- R40 000 paid to credit card

11/7/2020 - R40 000 paid to credit card

27/7/2020 - R4 917 credit to credit card (this was as per message discussions due to the payment due by 25/7) No amount was deducted from my cheque, so I anticipated that it would be debited again from my credit card)

30/7/2020 - R3 114 - paid to credit card for end of August installment

11/8/2020 - R4 917.00 debit to credit card from FNB - anticipated, but I dont agree as July there was R80 000 paid and this was NOT taken into account.

12/8/2020- R4 917 debit AGAIN to credit card? For what, this amount was debited the day before.

I contacted the number on the email below, but was transferred from one department to the next - nobody understanding what the issue is and not really prepared to help.

I cant pay R9 783.23 toward my credit card and I am not liable to do so according to my records and calculations.

PLEASE reverse the amount ASAP. I see this overdraft email in a very serious light. FNB will not dis-credit me for something that is number 1, ******** and number 2, not my fault.

There was a discussion about the COVID 19 application being responsible for this mess. I CANCELLED THE APPLICATION before it was even used and NEVER received any funds for this application. Get your information and records in order. THERE IS NO COVID 19 Application in place or used.

I trust you will attend to the necessary rectifications ASAP and advise me by telephone or email.

Good day

I note fnb tried to debit my cheque account again the day before yesterday. What is going on?
They should credit my credit card for a double amount on 11 and 12 August respectively.
Please note someone did phone me the day before yesterday but I asked that they phone yesterday as I was driving.
I expect this mess to be sorted today please. I did apply for a Covid loan but never used it or had any benefit. I cancelled it the same day it was approved. Now fnb are doing their own thing. I pay yhe amount due even before it's due date. See Hello Peter compliant. I am taking this to the Ombudsman as I am not sure fnb even tries to resolve this.
