FNB – do we have to reconcile to keep you honest?
I have done a reconcile of my credit card spend for September 2020. With the new smart spend programme, I reached the R20 000 mark and still await the 1600EB from FNB. Its been 9 days and still received nothing.
does this mean i will have to reconcile ebery month to keep FNB honest?

10 Oct 2020, 09:23So, once again, true to home. If i did not do a reconcile on my September allocation, FNB would not have notified me. You have not paid me my fuel back pay out on ebucks for the transaction on the 30 September to the value of R481.80. Please refer to my credit card statement.
