FNB DO NOT WANT TO UPDATE MY CREDIT REPORT AFTER I PAID THEIR UP THEIR LOAN

Paid loan still not updated. The loan was paid in 2021 but still appears on my credit report. I am so disgusted by FNB. I wrote a review and they send an sms that someone will consult me. I am still waiting for the call a month after my original review.
