Fnb do not understand their own ebucks rules.

The bank dropped me a level on my E-Bucks, because I didn't kept a minimum balance on my Savings accounts according to them. The rule states: Maintain a minimum monthly balance of at least R13,500 across your FNB Savings Account(s) that are accessible within 7 days without incurring early withdrawal fees. I moved funds from my Money Maximizer to Savings account during the month, maintaining my balance above the minimum amount across the accounts. I am not English speaking, but my understanding is that if I add all the funds from all my savings account together during month at any time, it should add up to more than the minimum requirement, as it did. The bank says I moved it from one account to the other and that does not count.

The supervisors also don't call beck.
