FNB Do Not Resolve Anything

I have experienced numerous problems with FNB in the last few years, firstly they couldn't care less that I have been with them for a decade, they give no feedback or response with regards to the case of ***** I have logged, when you communicate with their team of bankers you never get an answer, you are forever transferred and eventually told to phone some number, which makes the service useless!

As a result of this and having an account with FNB for a decade I am changing my bank and closing all of my accounts where possible with FNB and moving completely to a new bank.

FNB has given utterly pathetic communication and feedback and responses over the years and with this now where I need to get my money back and they just do nothing I am fedup.
