Fnb do not really help their customers.

I have been waiting for more than a month for Fnb to get back to me regarding a settelment amount. I have been a client of them for 10+ years. This is how they treat you, the phone number that was given only rings and goes directly into voice-mail, the person that was dealing with did not provide a mail, and if you would like to add a complaint on their website , it does not work , I can show a picture of this. The services is pathetic.
