FNB do not let ********* to slip away with funds while you investigate over 33 days
On 03 February 2023, I reported a ********** transaction that went off on my FNB credit card. I reported the matter to FNB and requested the reversal of the ********** transaction. I was given investigation reference number 2*** and ***NF. I was advised that it would take between 7 and 31 days for FNB to investigate and respond. It has been 33 days and I am still awaiting feedback from FNB.
FNB, you have an overall great reputation. Please do not let ********** slip away with unauthorised funds. Also, FNB, you can do better my keeping me informed what is going on. It has been over 31 days with no feedback. Please try to put yourself in my situation for a moment. The waiting and not knowing what is happening is disappointing - you can do better!
