FNB do not honour debt protection plan for deceased

FNB do not honour debt protection plan on deceased. Husband passed away with debt protection plan in palce. Took everything to Carnival Mall FNB branch. Received sms for being handed over (no information to indicate for what or whom). Phoned IDA Legal, after giving the lady the ref x5 she could not assist. Sent an e-mail, and Sethimbile phoned me from IDA, this is for loans at FNB for loans. I asked what about debt protection, why did FNB not contact me. FNB service and communication sucks and it seems they decide what they honour under debt protection and hands over without any prior communications.
