FNB - Do not do business with them

How many more times do I have to endue such utter ******* service. Weeks don’t go by and we experience a big *****-up with FNB.

To cut it short ( as I invest too much time trying to resolve you problems ) • Wife has an easy Account, she went to collect new card yesterday and confirmed her address for authentication • Today we download bank statements for FICA purposes and still shows and address of 11 years ago!!!!!! • Called Internet banking, said not their problem, put us through to Easy Account • Get through to Easy account – they said not their problem, its Internet banking problem

Really!....what a circus!
